Don’t be fooled by some of the Corporate High Street Agents. They are nortorious for enticing you by overpricing your home and tying you down to lengthy contracts. We learnt the hard way.

We didn’t have any prior knowledge of Ashburn before looking for an agent to represent our property, it was a recommendation through a friend and I thought I’d give them a call to get a third opinion. However, on meeting Subhash we were convinced he was the right person to manage our sale. Even from the evaluation, Subhash was personable, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the area and the market, without having unrealistic expectations of the price we could achieve.
